Does this sound familiar? Seen from the outside everything seems to be easy.<\/strong><\/p>\n Inside though you constantly undervalue your skills and abilities and are overwhelmed by the workload. You have the feeling that you have nothing under control anymore, that you are running in circles, and (inner) conflict dominates your daily life.\u00a0Life lives you \u2013 and not the other way around.<\/p>\n I felt the same way \u2013 I had the feeling I had to live up to mountains of workload, which oftentimes I could only handle under lots of strain and stress. I traveled, studied and trained with various mentors and teachers from around the world. I began to listen more and more to my inner voice \u2013 and to trust it. I learned to live a life full of light and genuine truths.<\/p>\n I followed my path and trusted in it wherever it led me. That\u2019s where I am today.
